Christmas is nearly upon us. In Surrey, we are spoilt for choice when it comes to Christmas Fairs and celebrating the festivities. Here are some of our favourites happening over the next few weeks!
Hampton Court Palace Festive Fayre
Weekends of 5th-7th and 12th-14th December 2025 - 10am-5pm
This magical, festive shopping experience is set in the stunning grounds on Henry VIII’s iconic palace. There are over 100 artisan producers, showcasing their produce, along with delicious food and drink. The event is spread over 2 weekends, and is a must for a family festive weekend!
Sunday 7th December 2025 - 11am-3pm
The village is a hub of festive activity, with the community coming together to create this magical event. The streets are lined with stalls selling festive goodies, along with an excellent choice of food and drink. The event is compared by Matthew Jelly, who really does get the crowds going!
Sunday 7th December 2025 - 10am-4pm
Over 100 craft, food and drink stalls line the High Street, along with entertainment and rides for the children. The West Surrey Farmers Market also showcases on the same day, and we have heard rumour that Father Chritmas may make an appearance at Haslemere Museum!!
Guildford Art and Markets Market
Saturday 13th December 2025 - 10am-4pm
The market is held along the picturesque High Street, and showcases some of the finest independent retailers in the vicinity. The High Street is so pretty, especially at Christmas , there is always an opportunity to enjoy a mulled wine with friends!!
Sunday 14th December 2025 - 10am-4pm
The Christmas market features over 150 stalls with unique handmade gifts, festive food and drink, and a wealth of entertainment for the whole family. We are always so impressed with how much Farnham has going on at Christmas time, from 'weaving a willow reindeer', to the Christmas Calligraphy workshop and the Christmas Tree festival!
Until 28th December (closed on Christmas Day)
The market offers a European Christmas Market in Surrey! You can enjoy a mulled wine and Bratwurst, while browsing the many stalls showcasing unique gifts! Kingston offers one of the larger markets in the area, with a changing programme of entertainment and live music!
